I have worked in the travel industry in some way or form since I left high school. I completed my BCom (Hons) in Tourism Management after taking a 2-year gap in Europe. I have worked in hospitality, with tour operators, in retail travel and corporate travel sectors. In 2015 I started my own travel business in partnership with Travel Counsellors.
Putting together travel itineraries takes time and attention to detail, I am not just a booking agent, I work differently from your ‘traditional travel agent’. I consult, care and create individual travel itineraries suited to your needs, with the expertise I have earned through years of experience and using reliable resources and trustworthy travel suppliers and products. Travel Counsellors have made it possible that I have access to these suppliers’ through their innovative technology and approved supplier directory, which puts everything at my fingertips. As a Travel Counsellor, my travellers are never left alone when things go wrong with our 24/7 Duty Office available to support us.
Whether you are a first-time traveller or seasonal jet setter, there comes a certain peace of mind when you work with an expert to create your travel plans.
Travel Consulting and Advice is for people who would like guidance and inspiration on their travel plans, but not yet ready to book. This is a great service for gaining direction for plans on a limited budget. Travel Consulting can be booked online per hour or 30minute sessions.
Tailored Itineraries are the next step in the travel planning process after Consulting. This includes suggestions of places to stay, routings, and activities, tours and attractions. Travel itineraries’ pricing are subject to itinerary complexity and can be determined in the 1st consultation.
If you want peace of mind for your entire travelling experience, complete tailored travel packages can be booked through Travel Counsellors. Packages include flights, accommodation, tours, transport, attractions, travel insurance and access to the MyTC app.

In the early hours of a morning in 2020 in the middle of COVID19 pandemic hard lockdown, I woke up suddenly, grabbed my journal and wrote the words “Future Female Traveller” (no jokes). At 3 am I created the Facebook community which serves as a safe, supportive space for female travellers to share their stories, photos, inspiration, tips and advice about travel… My 3 am wake up call came from within, and I ran towards it with everything I had against all odds and here we are – Future Female Traveller – the website!
